We really enjoyed our stay with our dog, even though the weather wasn’t very kind to us. But that’s all part of it. It makes the subsequent return to civilization all the more pleasant. The place is perfect for people who want to clear their heads and relax in solitude. You can go on hikes here and then end up at the pub down at the campground, bringing a plastic bottle of water back up with you. And then it’s just a matter of relaxing, reading, and taking in the scenery, because no strangers will make it up here (the hill is a deterrent). Suitable for a close-knit couple or a single person. I probably wouldn’t bring a new date here—it’s quite small and best suited for undemanding adventurers. Thank you for the stay.
