The cabin is located in Týnec nad Sázavou, nestled in a small garden community. Our place is perfect for those who aren’t looking for a five-star hotel but are seeking peace and quiet. You can enjoy your morning coffee with a view and spend your evenings by the fire. During the day, you can swim in the Sázava River, which is just 200 meters away, or set out to explore the Posázaví region—we’re a great starting point for excursions. All local amenities—shops, cafés, restaurants, and more—are within walking distance.
The property includes a garden where you can use the fire pit, grill, and smokehouse, or simply unwind and relax. :)
Practical Information:
- Toilet – The cabin is equipped with a ventilated composting toilet.
- Water – We operate off-grid. You’ll find a barrel of utility water here. Drinking water is provided in 50-liter barrels inside the cabin.
- Electricity – Electricity is connected to the cabin and the pergola (included in the accommodation price)
- Kitchen - Equipped for simple cooking (includes an electric kettle, single-burner stove, refrigerator, French press for coffee, dishes, etc.)
- Bedroom - 140x200 cm bed
- Check-in is self-service; we’ll send you instructions after payment.
! The property is not isolated; it’s located in a small garden community and is adjacent to other garden plots. Therefore, please expect some ambient noise.

Everything was exactly as described. A peaceful spot where you can just barely hear the Sázava River and a rooster crowing in the morning😉
We spent a wonderful weekend at Bouda and are leaving feeling completely refreshed. This is exactly the kind of getaway from Prague we needed. It’s clear that Natálie and Matěj have put a tremendous amount of care into this place. Everything is thought out down to the last detail, works perfectly, and is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, so you feel right at home from the very first moment. We slept wonderfully and didn’t need an alarm clock at all, because around nine o’clock, the local rooster took care of waking us up. The beautiful surroundings, which are perfect for cycling, are also a huge bonus. Evenings spent with a cup of tea in the armchairs under the starry sky were the perfect way to end each day. And if anyone is worried about water, there’s absolutely no need to be. There was more than enough the entire time. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and we’re sure this won’t be our last visit.
