Zlechovský Bezkemp - Garden Shed #7934

We are active Bezkempers, and since the opportunity arose, we’ve prepared a portion of our property as a base for other Bezkempers.
Are you looking for a peaceful spot with excellent access to Hradiště, Buchlov (ice), Velehrad, Chřiby, the Baťa Canal, and Ostrožský Štěrk—or do you just need to unwind?
We’re offering a plot in our orchard (300 m²), complete with a modest garden shed (3 x 3 m), a covered kitchen area with running drinking water (instant-heating water heater), electricity, and a flush toilet.
Shade is provided by a mature apricot tree in front of the cottage in the morning and on the east side of the cottage in the afternoon. Upon agreement, you can use the adjacent orchard plot (500 m²), which features a fire pit, a children’s trampoline, and a playhouse.
You can buy groceries at Jednota or at the corner store, and get refreshments at two pubs, all within 5 minutes of the property.
This is a quiet part of the village, specifically an area of fruit orchards; someone mows the grass occasionally, but there’s no heavy machinery, such as combine harvesters, driving through here.
The cabin has one bed, a table, four chairs, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a portable stove, and foldable outdoor seating.
