We were very happy to visit Mikulov. The land is close to Lom and basically on the edge of Mikulov , so ideal for trips on foot. We did a great tour to Svatý Kopeček, to the town to the Goat Castle, to the castle, excellent cooking in the brewery restaurant Galant. We cooled down in the caves on Turold and in the evening we had a swim in Lom. Until 7 pm you have to pay and the attendance is regulated to 100 people. Unfortunately the location of the bathhouse on the property is not well designed and whenever I walked to the toilet past the owner's house , I felt like we had to invade their privacy. Note to the laymen, where I also belong, there are bird scarecrows around Mikulov located in the vineyards and they have been working since early morning, so for those who have a weaker sleep, the sound of the scarecrows sounds like gunfire and reverberates, so you can not count on any spilling. The owner's dog is a cuddly sweetheart, but he must be on a leash so that he doesn't run away, so when you go to the bathroom he is terrified and you better go around him. For us satisfaction due to the location of the property in Mikulov .

The land is large with a large choice of places to pitch a tent. You can reach the plot by car, which is a great advantage. The road along the garden is quite busy and there were quite a few cars passing through during our camping trip. There is a small house with residents at the back of the garden. They had the music on quite loudly at night, but turned it off around 10pm. Otherwise, they didn't disturb our camping. We were often woken up by the barking of the dog. We had our own water, but this was pointed out to us by the owner when we called out that there was no water in the well. Overall I would rate the place ok and sufficient for a night or two.
