I recommend visiting the Osec monastery and the Osseg brewery. It is also a nice trip to the Osec castle, a beautiful viewpoint, the tin galleries, Salesiova Heights (summer palace) with fossilized clams and sitting in the restaurant Horal. Not far from the meadow are the remains of a Celtic hill fort in the forest.

There is a dry toilet on the property. Other waste must be taken away by the visitor. Grey water can be poured out at the edge of the meadow.The meadow is partly mown. You can park on this part. The upper part is left for butterflies and other insects. There is plenty of dry collected wood for an evening fire. A tree swing is available at your own risk. Other activities are in and around town.

The plot is smaller than it appears from the photo. There was a caravan on the property, probably permanently or long term, and there was a gentleman with a dog and a cat in it at the time who were trouble free. With our 6.5m resident we did a bit of lab work on where to leave it, we had to level the wedges.
Otherwise the site was well accessible and clean, apart from the old tyres behind the caravan. There is a train station and fast train line right next door, you can hardly hear the trains, just the station PA announcements at night are quite disturbing. There are houses next door so it's not completely quiet, but for a bike trip and for our pets it's relaxing. Osegg brewery 1600m.

Beautiful cozy place , quiet , plenty of wood. Suitable for children , on the property there is a swing and slide .
I rate the land,not its use,because it was declared a 4 degree emergency,curfew because of falling branches and trees.The owner had the land ready.I rate positively and look forward to sometime next time.
Super place, well maintained- complete satisfaction. P.S. Trains were hardly audible :)
