- This is not possible in our area. The larger MOL petrol station is about 800m from the site (at the entrance to the town).
Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The road is paved all the way to the entrance to the site. Other areas of the site can be problematic during extreme waterlogging, however, we have not had any problems with passability in the entire history of providing accommodation on our property.

Large plot for anything within the grounds (running, ball games, tree climbing, swimming in the pond, throwing rocks in the water, anything creative). Trampoline, bouncy castle, animals, crawlspaces within the mini farm.

Hiking circuit (approx. 30 km) with a nature trail for children and sightseeing. Linhart Castle approx. 5 km, ruins of Burkvíz Castle 3 km, other sights in the area approx. 10 - 15 km.

Rides on a unique historical steam train of the narrow gauge railway Třemešná-Osoblaha. Safari Museum with hunting trophies and its own zoo, tennis courts and multifunctional playground in the surroundings (500 m). Wellness in the village of Holčovice (Hotel Zlatá Opavice), Eco-farm Heřmanovice.
An ideal opportunity to reminisce and show children what it was like in the times of real socialism. In the centre of the town you will find a lively socialist open-air museum with original buildings and signs "House of Culture", "House of Services", "Shopping Centre", a private shop with the JEDNOTA sign. You will see how private agriculture was devastated in the idea of building state farms and liquidation of their farm buildings (local brewery, chateau, stables, warehouses). After a walk through the square and the adjacent centre, you will thus go back in time, when everyday life was accompanied by the tasteless architecture of socialist realism, locally disseminated propaganda and the inability to perceive the impulses of the outside world, which ended 35 years ago, but still continues here.
Fires are allowed in designated areas at each site. Walking with pets in the sports area without any problem, only it is necessary to pick up dog excrement. It is also advisable to know and follow Bezkemp's rules for maintaining order, safety and peace on the property (in particular, please pick up any garbage produced - There are sorted waste containers at several locations just outside the town).

This place is absolutely amazing, quiet outside the town and yet a short walk to everywhere. The owner's dad is a nice person, he always came to say hello, chat about how we are and always recommended us some excursion. Backroom kitchen, toilet super, electricity connection and water at each pitch perfect. Mown grass to run barefoot on was beautiful. We really didn't miss anything here. Yeah maybe we could have used the solar shower but unfortunately that was broken by the previous campers. So it's not the owner's fault, but people's fault how they treat other people's stuff😉 Thanks for the nice days we could spend with you and hopefully again sometime 😁🤗
