By prior arrangement, potable water can be prepared in barrels in advance for storage on the property. If we are away from home, another option is to pick up water at the MOL filling station, about 1 km away.
shower / washroom - There is a solar bag (shower) that you can use to take a shower after filling it with water and warming it up. Unfortunately, the pond is not bathing. In warm weather, however, you can wash and refresh yourself in the Loučná River, which flows under the road. We maintain a passage to the river at one point (approximately at the level of the bathhouse).

Greywater (shower, washing) - The grey water can be poured anywhere on the edge of the property by the road (not on the meadow).

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weatherThe land and the access to it is flat. The driveway is paved. Please note that the ground of the meadow may be softened after prolonged rainfall, especially under the trees. This can cause you to get "buried" (especially heavier motorhomes). It is therefore advisable to walk the site and decide where to park before actually entering the property. In case of getting stuck, we can arrange for removal (for a fee of 200 CZK to the owner of the tractor). In times of dry weather there should be no problem. In winter the driveway is not maintained.
Restriction of the access road
A 3.5 metre wide panel bridge must be crossed on the approach to the site. The bridge is commonly used by agricultural equipment and trucks when fishing the pond. Just before the access to the property there is a narrowed area, easily passable for a car with a trailer. Entrance to the property after opening the gate. Many easy cycling routes that will take you to visit the surrounding towns and cities - Litomyšl, Vysoké Mýto, Choceň, Ústí nad Orlicí, Nové Hrady, etc. There is no electricity on the land. However, if you come for more than one night and you want to recharge the battery of the electric bike, it is possible to recharge it overnight in the house of the owner of the land, who lives nearby.

The property is large (about 4000 m2), but to preserve the privacy of our guests we have decided to occupy only 2 places. If you would like to visit our Bezkemp with a group of friends, it is possible to increase the capacity for your stay (however, to a maximum of 4 places). In this case, please send us a message. We will send you the code to open all locks (it is the same on all locks) in a text message before you arrive. Please lock the cabin and the storage room when leaving or leaving the property. Fires are only allowed to be built on the fireplace. You can collect firewood from around the property - under the road or in the nearby woods where there is plenty of it. In case two guests are gathered on the property, a portable metal fire pit can be used for grilling and barbecuing, which you will find stored in the storage room. Bring it back with no ash residue and cool to avoid starting a fire. You can pour out grey wash water at the edge of the property by the road, chemical toilets cannot be disposed of on the property. APPLICATION TO DOG OWNERS: please clean up after your pet's excrement. It is really annoying when other guests come after you and take away the not-so-smelly stuff on their shoes. Likewise, if you have a "vole" dog, please cover the hole created by the dog with dirt (tools are in storage and you can rake the dirt around the hub). There is a risk of spraining a leg if someone steps in such a hole. Due to the proximity of the natural monument, keep calm. Thank you.
