We would be happy to welcome you to our garden in Čabarka (2000 m²) near Heřmanov Městec. In addition to a place for camping, we offer you a fireplace, barbecue, equipped playroom in a tin shed, sandpit, playhouse for children, underground hut with gas stove, viewing point, shooting range and much more. The garden is situated in a very quiet location, 150 metres away is a large game preserve and children and adults alike will find plenty to enjoy. The garden has many fruit trees and bushes from which you can offer seasonal fruit. It's beautiful here even when it rains, and you can light a kerosene lamp in the cottage or games room and choose from plenty of board games. Come to us in the Iron Mountains! *Our grass cutting philosophy: we cut some areas more and some areas less, alternating between the two. We let the plants grow according to the time of year so that they flower and can be pollinated by insects :)

Our first experience in a non-camping site. And it was the best decision we ever made. The environment was very quiet,we finally had a rest and our dog was finally at peace compared to the usual campsites. Amazing facilities,in which the owner has put a piece of himself with the possibility to use a cabin where there is everything you can think of. Beautiful sunsets and a woodpecker preserve just around the corner and for the almost 3 days we spent there we were completely alone... perfect for relaxing a short distance away is the possibility of swimming in the camp or on the sandy beaches where there is divine warm water... We would love to return to this magical place again 😊

It was my 5th "No Camp". Definitely the best.
A few observations
1) Are you hot? No problem. The garden is full of trees. There's plenty of room to hide.
2) Is it raining? Never mind. There is a cottage on the property that will give you shelter.
3) Running out of water? No problem. The owner has prepared a couple of barrels that you can definitely "borrow".
4) Bored? Never mind. The cottage is full of things that can be rented. Darts, bow, air rifle (by arrangement),, swings, hammocks, ....
5) Forgot your cutlery or plate? No problem. You will find this in the cottage too.
6) do you have small children? Great. The property is fenced and there is a playhouse on the property for children.
7) Forgot your fruit? It doesn't matter. We picked blackberries, raspberries. I'm sure there are apples waiting for someone.
In addition, great communication with the owner.
