A beautiful place with a lovely owner. Perfect for families with children. There’s a trampoline, sand toys, and a hangar full of airplanes on display. Planes were taking off and landing all the time. A truly wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back. I really appreciated the clean showers and hot water.
Everything was fine. It was quiet there—the meadow was mowed, and there were showers and restrooms; everything was great. Awesome view of the runway, the planes, and the skydivers. There’s a forest nearby where you can take a nice walk before dinner. We were happy.
Putting aside my lack of camping experience and the vagaries of the weather, the place is beautiful, peaceful, and clean. If something goes completely wrong, the owner is very accommodating and will provide whatever you need and a place to stay. We’ll have to come back so we can explore the area 😊

A really nice place with its own charm. We were two moms and two daughters, and we had a wonderful few days here. The girls were fascinated by the airplanes and the skydivers—we were lucky enough to see them that weekend. The place is equipped with an electric kettle and a small refrigerator, as well as drinking water; charging our phones was no problem. The restrooms are more than adequate, separated into women’s and men’s sections. The women’s restroom had two toilets, two showers, and four sinks. In addition to watching planes take off and land, there are goats, trampolines, a natural swimming area with a kayak, and a fire pit. You can hear the hum of the highway in the evening, but you get used to it very quickly. A dusty gravel road leads to the site; it’s perfectly passable by car, though you’ll need to avoid the occasional pothole. The owner is very kind, accommodating, and friendly. We love these spots that offer a little something extra beyond just a campground.
