The location is ideal for cycling, boating or hiking.
Our land is excellent for family holidays and for groups, long or short stays. Straight and easily accessible large fenced plot with a beautiful view of the rocks above the river will allow you to spend a few days without the worries of everyday life. The land is large enough for a large number of tents for one complete group (by arrangement) . Tents are getting bigger and bigger every year so if you do not have the land reserved exclusively and you plan to put up a tent of larger than usual dimensions, please make arrangements with me in advance.
We will provide you with facilities in the form of toilets, a small kitchen with a small fridge, indoor and outdoor showers and electrical hook-ups. The cottage, or rather the ground floor with all its facilities, will be available only to you and, in the case of sharing the land, to a maximum of two other families. Of course, we will not be there with you :-). It is possible to roast barbecues, barbecues and sitting around the fire. We will be happy to welcome decent travellers, advise you on excursions, direct you to canoe hire and a good dinner.
All tents must sign up for electricity, as it is mainly campers who use the hut facilities (e.g. toilet, fridge).
Toilets, showers and "water management" in general are always available every year from Easter onwards, when there is no risk of frost damage.
Appendix: I am pleasantly surprised by the great interest in staying with us, but do not want to fill the plot at any price. It is important to me that you enjoy your stay. If you don't find a suitable date in the calendar, try to write to me, maybe we can find a solution that would suit you.

- Water is from a well on the property and is piped to the cottage. The last testing showed it to be drinkable, but it's been a few years and we haven't tested the water since. Therefore, we prefer not to drink it and only use it after boiling.

- It is possible to connect to electricity from the cottage.It is necessary to sign up for electricity even if you use the shower and toilet.

The Berounka is beautiful for swimming, but we recommend taking water shoes because of the rocky bottom.

Hiking trips are possible either directly from the property on foot or by train. Beroun, Rakovník, Lány, Zbečno-Hamouzův statek, Křivoklát, Karlštejn, Točník, Žebrák, Nižbor castle, T. Hanák's restaurant, Stradonice famous Celtic oppidum.
Other activities
Boating. There are two boat rentals right in the village.
After a number of questions about staying with pets, we are adjusting the rules to allow dogs. However, because we are concerned about the comfort and safety of all our guests, we ask that you book the property EXCLUSIVELY in this case and that your four-legged friend does not come into the cottage. Thank you for your understanding.The property is quiet and, although you will have a field behind you and a river in front of you, there are neighbours living on the adjoining land. It should therefore be quiet at 10am at the latest and even otherwise, inappropriate behaviour on the property is obviously undesirable. However, this does not mean that you cannot have fun on the property. There is a restaurant in the village where guitars are often played in the front garden, so it is better to direct musical productions there.In the village, you can dispose of paper and glass in the designated containers, other waste can be disposed of by either taking it away or buying a designated bag and leaving it at one of the collection points when you leave.

Beautiful quiet place next to the Berounka river in the village. Background right on the property, which is locked. For us suitable for longer hikes around the area where there are many other attractions. Possibility to build a fire where you can roast, cook or just for the effect of peace when you listen to the crackling of the fire and look at the river below the wooded hill. Also suitable for children
