We offer a large garden for camping located in the picturesque village of Čížov in the heart of the Podyjí National Park. A quiet place and a good starting point for trips through the Podyjí region. Although it was already winterized, the owners prepared everything for us. Superior facilities, we recommend.

A large, fenced, well-maintained plot of land, close to the border with Austria, where we felt at home in the garden and as a bonus we had it all to ourselves. It meets everything as described. We had a "self-service fridge" with a selection of beers, soft waters and regional wines. There are lots of interesting places in the area - a view of Hardegg Castle, the Iron Curtain monument with a watchtower and a self-service "shop" with drinks and wine at the beginning of the village. We didn't want to leave this place at all and we will definitely come again!

Beautiful place with above standard facilities. Excellent starting point for trips to the Podyjí National Park in all directions. My partner and I were lucky to be alone in the garden and other people arrived when we were on a two-day hike, and before we slept the hike everyone left (we deeply apologize for the possible noise when we returned from the hike at night), but I think there is enough space and equipment on the property for the announced capacity of 4 tents. I really appreciate that the owners, since they didn't have any other campers arriving the day we left, let us enjoy our last day of the trip so we could leave in the evening. Just a warning that does not apply to the landlord: I don't know if it was the heat wave or if it's natural to the microclimate of the national park, but beware of very curious but otherwise harmless hornets after dark that won't leave a single light source unexplored :) But we fought this from Čížov to Znojmo, lighting headlamps in the forest :)
