Practically the only reason we visited this campless camp was the alleged fireplace that was supposed to be located on this bounded land. Unfortunately, it wasn't. So actually we wasted 180 CZK for one night under the open fire, because the only thing we asked for was simply not there. Communication with the owner absolutely insufficient.

Land large enough. Even for multiple crews. Complete fencing is good. The place is quiet, only the passing buses and trucks from the glassworks disturbed a little in the morning, but in the evening it was quiet. Only about 300m to the water on both sides. Swimming is wonderful. We were there alone, so total privacy. Suitable for energy independent only.

The land is clean, mowed, fenced (when the gate is closed, be careful to leave a big enough gap for the dog to escape). The land is sloping but can be leveled with wedges. If you would like a bit more peace in the morning I would recommend stopping in the middle of the property rather than by the road. Good starting point for trips(Sázava Monastery). Near the train station where you can get to most interesting places by train (Zruč nad Sázavou, Český Šternberk, Rataje....)
