But we had the feeling that after years of care and nice reviews, the land is earning nicely, so maintenance and anything extra is not necessary to deal with now...
Six years old photos, today it looks very different. Driveway overgrown, expect scratches from branches with larger RVs. Caddy very overgrown and hidden, crossed and can't be locked. From the description we expected a connection to the owner and her products, only walked by "someone" who did not introduce himself but probably belonged to the owner. From the conversation we guessed that we had better not disturb. Expectations were different...

An interesting place within sight of the majestic Blaník. We had site 1, there are 2 others, far enough away that we probably wouldn't have disturbed anyone, but we were alone. Communication with the owner before booking was quick. The land is flat, but could use a little more care. Mow at least part of the property and cut (mark) a path to the bathhouse. It's one of the "ordinary" ones. Herb garden and cornflower field within easy reach. The equipment also includes a fire pit, wood in the nearby forest. A table and seating by the fire.
Calm, quiet, peaceful. Very nice place. For us an ideal starting point for a hike in Blanice and Louňovice. We went in a 7m motorhome with an alcove. In dry weather it was fine. In wet weather it would be worse, especially on the place itself, but the owner said that if there was a problem she would pull us out. There wasn't, so all ok.
