The pitch is quite small, but for two larger tents it is great - there is also space for children to spread a blanket and play. I can't imagine that there would be more families camping here... It's great that you can park right in the garden, we had cars with all our stuff nearby. The owner is very nice, friendly - she explained everything to us, nothing was a problem :-) She also runs the local pub and lives next to the property, she sometimes showed up during the day to ask how we were doing, water the flowers, etc. The pub is great, with nice seating facing the street. Meanwhile, there was no noise in the back garden - we wouldn't have known we were near the pub. There is a 24hr a day toilet (shared with the pub guests-which was fine), a sink with water, internet. Electricity for an extra charge. There is a fenced playground and fitness area across the road, which was great - kept our young and old kids entertained. The village of Zupa is small, looks safe, there is a cycle-path along the main road all the way to Holesov.

Very nice site, pretty level for pitching a tent. Playground really right in front of the property, plus in the shade of the trees. The pub couldn't be closer (the land is the garden behind the pub, the landlady is a pub landlady :-). It is quiet, it is a small village. Great place to stay with children, toilet and running drinking water in the pub, ideal if you want to camp, but not to be somewhere near the forest with only a bathhouse or chemical toilet.

Everything as written was, our first experience with camperless and I think it fulfilled the purpose. The owner is very nice. As we were with young children we really appreciated the nice playground opposite, this allowed us to enjoy the delicious sausage from the pub. The night lighting of the property was romantic at night with the perseid watching.
