A very nice setting—we'd love to come back here and highly recommend it to others.
It’s a beautiful place. BUT! Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with the owner. According to her, she doesn’t have time to handle reservations, and then she gets upset about who shows up. In our case (mothers without husbands and with children), she would have probably canceled our reservation. Our shortened stay was marked by this attitude—the owner checked to see if we were washing the dishes, was bothered by toys left on the grass, and by the fact that we hadn’t cleared the glasses from the table when we left the property. We did various activities with our young children on the property; when they were drawing on the grass, the owner even took issue with the wind blowing the paper away. She was also bothered by the open trunk of our car. Given that we had rented the entire property for our exclusive use, the owner’s nitpicking felt like unpleasant harassment, which culminated in her threatening to kick us off the property. Whether at Bezpozemek or other locations, we travel primarily for peace and quiet and with the utmost respect for the owners and the sites themselves. This unusual behavior disappointed us so much that we decided halfway through our stay—despite having 16 children with us—to change accommodations. Many thanks to Bezkemp for their cooperation.
Everything was perfect. We were a group of friends traveling with kids (16 people in total), and this place was the best choice for all of us. The large property, great facilities, and well-equipped kitchen really made it easy for us to prepare meals for so many people. And what’s more… the owners are the nicest and most accommodating people you could ask for.
Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! This definitely wasn’t our last visit, and we’d love to come back. 🏕️

A beautiful and cozy place with very friendly hosts. It’s easily accessible, yet far from the hustle and bustle. The place is well-maintained and clean. If I ever want to stay overnight in the Cheb area again, this will be my first choice.

Very nice place for camping. Friendly and easy-going couple who take care of the place and make improvements. Choice of cottages or well maintained garden. Hassle free access and many campers will appreciate the facilities : covered seating area, equipped kitchen, bathroom, shower with hot water... definitely recommend the place.
