This is a well-kept meadow of 2000m2, fenced on two sides, on the other two sides lined with mature trees that offer pleasant shade even in the summer heat.

It is situated in the peripheral part at the very end of the village development above Děčín, away from the urban bustle and with a view of Děčínský Sněžník.

It is accessed by a gravel, newly built private road 50 metres from a little used local asphalt road. It is adjacent to only one property, separated by an opaque fence and mature spruce trees.

The centre of Děčín is a 5-minute drive away, and there is a public transport stop within a 10-minute walk.

Parking in the upper part of the meadow on a paved area in the flat, the possibility of choosing a sunny or shady habitat.

There is water and electricity, a table and chairs, a simple barbecue, a fire pit with stone seats, log fires, a newly constructed dry toilet and a 600L supply of utility water which is heated in a barrel.
Also included is ready split firewood.

You are always alone on the property, in case of groups individual arrangement - parking for up to three motorhomes and also for 3 tents.

For the time being, I recommend access only by car or motorhome, in the case of a trailer only a smaller one (i.e. which can be detached and possibly manually re-parked). The access is wide, level and smooth, (even six-wheel Tatra trucks have passed through), but so far less suitable for cars with large caravans - in the event of prolonged rain or thunderstorms after winter it is more difficult to turn around in the meadow and it is then necessary to back up the 50m or so to the tarmac road.
