You can experience many experiences with us - e.g. a ride on a historic tractor - we will be happy to teach you how to drive it, feeding sheep, watching kingfishers, a tour of our pond farm with interpretation and especially peace, quiet, relaxation in the beautiful surroundings of the protected landscape area. The possibility of organizing excursions in the very interesting surroundings. We will be happy to give you our full attention and in case you do not have experience with catching fish, we will be happy to explain everything to you - we will advise you how to do it and we will fit you for fishermen ;-) You can also catch a beautiful fish, buy it and grill it right in the nature. Such a fresh fish steak is the best it can be :-) We also have fresh fish at our fish farms and we will be happy to prepare it for you as part of the kitchen preparation for grilling.

We also offer a tour of our pond farm with the breeding of freshwater fish according to the old Czech method, which our family has been doing since 1924. In addition, you can engage in agrotourism on our farm, where we breed Suffolk sheep. Throughout the year you can taste our fish specialities and try traditional farming practices that have been handed down from generation to generation.

We do what we enjoy and find fulfilling. Thank you for your goodwill and we invite you to visit our family fish farm Doležal in Trpišov near Slatiňany in the Chrudim region. We continue the family tradition started by our grandfather, Mr. Josef Doležal from Trpišov. Josef's pond is his greatest life's work and has great significance for us - it keeps us rooted here and we live fully on our native land. For 100 years we have been engaged in traditional fishing, which is reflected in the quality and taste of our fish.

We welcome you, whether you are an experienced fisherman, a beginner or just looking for a place to relax. You don't need a fishing license or your own equipment - we can lend you everything you need. We offer a complete package stay in complete privacy - renting the entire pond just for you, including catch-and-release fishing. Everything will be ready: rods, baits, lures, fireplace facilities, boat, wood, camping toilet and shower - all just for you.

Absolutely beautiful. Secluded - fenced property, the dog could finally run around without bothering anyone. Silence, peace, one can really relax here.
Mr. Dolezal is an absolutely wonderful person. He welcomed us with a ready meal. He showed us around the property where to find what we needed for the most comfortable stay. He even offered us a tractor ride. 😁

Absolutely amazing place, we will definitely be back.

Great and quiet place in the countryside. Well-kept land with a beautiful pond. The water is clean, no cyanobacteria even now in August. Total privacy. Owner great, friendly. He prepared our fishing gear including bait and explained and showed us everything. If you're not a fisherman like us but want to try it out, perfect choice. We will definitely be back.

The site with Josef Pond has a story and a compelling history. The owner, Mr. Ludvík, is the epitome of kindness and friendliness, and has a deep and warm relationship with the place stemming from the family background that attaches itself to this unique place. Caring for the pond and its surroundings is a matter of course given by the nature of Mr Ludvík's foundation. There are many attractive places to visit around the pond. Mr. Ludvík is an expert in pond management and is happy to advise on fishing skills. A pleasant surprise was the delivery of a gastronomic specialty made from local fish.
