The picturesque village of Bratřínov is nearby. In the summer, you can swim in the Bratřínov pond, about 1 km from our property.

Transportation to Bratřínov (where there is a grocery store; unfortunately, the U Holinků pub has permanently closed) is provided by Prague Integrated Transport bus line 314 (Smíchovské nádraží – Nová Ves pod Pleší) and line 449 (Bratřínov – Mníšek pod Brdy). The nearest train station is in Čisovice, 3 km away.

We always allow only one reservation at a time to ensure your maximum privacy. If more of your family or friends would like to come, click on “I have a question,” and we can increase the reservation capacity on a one-time basis. The property can comfortably accommodate 2 RVs, and with a little creativity, even 3. Of course, there’s room for more tents :)

Season 2026—already our 6th season! With the arrival of spring, we’ve been delighted to receive our first reservations—thank you. Some news, even if just small things—a handy mirror and a hammock—and one big new addition this summer: the chill zone. Check out the photos. Summer is in full swing, and we’re getting new reservations every day.

The 2025 season—we were fully booked all season long, and we’re so happy about it! We’re delighted that our property is truly popular, but of course, there’s a lot of work behind it. In 25, we planted new saplings; there’s a new bench for resting near the property; we mowed the grass regularly, watered the flowers and trees, maintained the dry toilet, cleaned up, and took care of all the usual maintenance tasks.

2024 Season - NEW FEATURE right on the property—let us surprise you! We’ve updated some information about the surrounding area and have been constantly tending to our property
- Another new feature: tent stakes available to borrow—you can hammer them in without bending them! In case of dry and hard ground—please return them!

2023 Season – Since spring, we’ve enjoyed great interest and had reservations for almost the entire summer; we’ve spruced up the facilities—specifically, we’ve repainted them and added new flowers and herbs
- We’ve also added some educational information about the surrounding nature for both children and adults, along with the option to refill the bird feeder with seeds
- The biggest surprise for 2023 was for the little ones: a new SANDBOX! It comes with toys—please always close the sandbox.

2022 Season - Starting in the spring, the property was very popular; summer reservations were booked well in advance, and we had only a few last-minute openings
- We made more improvements, this time adding a bird feeder, an insect hotel, a gutter for the dry toilet, and a rainwater barrel

2021 Season—This was our first season, and we did a lot of building for you
—during the winter, we built a lockable dry toilet, a fire pit, and a picnic table
- In the spring, we added a new swing for our youngest visitors and a new seating area right by the fire
- In April, we made some minor improvements to the solar lights again
- There’s a 60-liter barrel of utility water—please always use it to water the fire pit!
- We’ve also posted tips for trips around the area, both on foot and by bike
- We planted new saplings—please be careful around them :)
- May’s new addition is once again for the little ones: a slide right off a tree :)
- With the arrival of summer, we installed a solar-powered shower
- And beautiful ladybugs have also appeared on the property this summer :)
