Romantic cozy cottage in
private family garden by an acacia grove in a quiet colony, ideal for families with small children, couples and cyclists.
Near the cottage is the Mill Pond, floodplain forests and Lednice Spa Colonnade. The nearby Church of Apollo is one of the many stops for cyclists in the rich network of cycle paths. All the famous destinations in Lednice are also accessible on foot.
4.5 km about 15 minutes by bike is the famous John's Castle.
In the garden you will find a large sandpit with toys and a swing, you can sit by the campfire or at the table under the umbrella.
The wooden cabin is for 4 people (sofa bed 160x200 and bunk bed). If you have a small baby, a travel cot will also fit in the sleeping area.

The kitchenette has crockery, cooker, kettle, espresso pot, microwave, fridge/freezer and a Remos baking oven.
You can even choose the grill. Either electric contact or, if you bring charcoal, you can fire up the kettle grill.
Firewood is also included, ready by the fire pit. The forks for the braziers are a matter of course.
The cottage is equipped with electric heating with thermostat, it is insulated, so a few nights in cold or winter weather will not surprise you here.
Potable water from its own well, guests bring their own drinking water or buy bottled, outdoor dry toilet, outdoor solar shower.
The property is fenced and offers privacy.
Car parking by the road in front of the property.
You can store your bikes in the metal lockable garden shed.
The price per night is including tourist tax to the municipality and including electricity. Accommodation is available on weekends and in the summer season for a minimum of 2 nights with a minimum booking of 1 day in advance.
For 1 night out of season by arrangement.
The garden is a great peaceful retreat for cyclists, hikers, wine, bourbon and romance by the fire.
!!!Attention! Outside shower until 1.5. out of service. I will prepare water for cleaning in jerry cans.

Accommodation is in the form of SELF CHECK-IN. This means that you can arrive at the property any time after 13:00 and the keys can be found in a special safety box, into which you enter the code. This will be revealed to you on the day of arrival at 13:00 at the latest by SMS.
I will personally come to collect the cabin on the day of departure, the time of your departure will be specified again either in writing or by phone.
