Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The access is off the main road, the garden is only on grass - in case of persistent rain and waterlogging of the land there could be a problem with caravans, campervans, etc. and it is necessary to park close to the house.

About 500m away is a natural swimming pool and within 3km there are three other swimming opportunities. For the hardy there is a possibility of bathing in a garden pond, but it is not regulated in any way.

By arrangement it is possible to use the boulder wall, which my husband has in the barn for a fee of 100,-CZK/day.
Pet by appointment, we have a dog - border collie, who doesn't really like unknown dogs - he protects our children, mostly tolerates females.
Please take the waste away, we only have a small bin for our own use.

Nice and quiet land, next to the forest
Quiet place suitable as a base for trips to Brda.
Facilities super, owners nice and helpful.
Beautiful place. Although in the village, the back garden gives you the feeling of being secluded. Right next to the woods and with a wonderful view into the distance across the flowering meadow. And the silence and the birds singing. In addition, the owners are very nice and helpful. Nothing is a problem and all our requests were met. They didn't even mind when we filled their shed with bikes to keep them out. Plus, this place is a great starting point for bike and walking trips to Brda. If several campers get together on the property, they hardly know about each other.
Beautiful garden overlooking the meadow. Ideal for families with children. In the garden there are many toys that the kind owners make available without any problem! What I liked most was the possibility to walk directly out of the garden into the beautiful forest.
As it was our first time camping like this, we had trouble finding a completely flat spot to sleep in the car. But I take it we just don't have experience with that.
The owners have a very nice dog who is used to children. Our kid is also afraid of Chihuahuas, but in this case they were friends right from the start!
