Beautiful river and countless hikes in the unspoiled landscape of the Poodrie Protected Landscape Area. Great for sportsmen and relaxers. Bike, skate, scooters, boards or hiking. Possibility of hanging hammocks amongst the mature trees.The area was designated a Ramsar Site in 1993. The most valuable sites are protected in small-area special protected areas (NPR Polanská niva, PR Polanský les, PR Kotvice and others). The area is a habitat of many endangered and specially protected species of plants and animals.In good weather, the area is a common cycling route. Car parking. In the evenings rather devoid of people.

Nice place for trips to Ostrava and surroundings. Really busy during the day, but we only used it for sleeping. At night, despite the relatively close proximity to the busy railway, super quiet. Good accessibility to public transport (train, bus), pub within about 15 min walk. Other residents stay overnight in the adjacent car park and apparently pay nothing, it is marked as parking on Park4night.

I do not recommend this property, if only because of the owner who wanted to change the deal after two days of stay. He arrived with his Mercedes and started to show us out of the lot, saying we couldn't park on it. Unpleasant experience and never again at this location.
