A beautiful view of the vineyard at sunrise and sunset. It’s the perfect base for exploring the Kokorin area. The owner is very helpful. The train tracks and the proximity to the road weren’t a problem for me, but that depends on the individual. I recommend pitching your tent at least a car’s length away from the vineyard so it doesn’t get in the way of work in the vineyard.

We loved it. We were a little worried about whether we would get onto the caravan site unscathed. I therefore contacted the owner and was assured that we definitely would. And we did indeed get onto the site without any problems. As we were visiting the Mělník Vintage Festival for two days, the proximity to the bus stop was very welcome. Otherwise a beautiful view of the vineyards. A bit of road noise, we hardly noticed the train. But we knew that in advance.
A good place to spend the night in a tent. There is a kadibudka, the friendly owner offered the possibility of access to drinking water and electricity. The occasional noise of passing trains, mentioned in other reviews, was not a problem, I fell asleep just fine after about the third pass.
Beautiful place! Trains (or the road to Česká Lípa) didn't bother us, we just had to choose a good place for the house. I was expecting a rather hearty natural shower, so I didn't see the place more until the morning when I left. Thank you for an impeccable overnight stay.
