We used the property for one night while traveling through Prague. It's a quiet place for how close it is to the motorway and Prague. On the other hand, if you're looking for really quiet places, this doesn't fit the bill, as it's directly adjacent to a tourist route and there's the occasional car driving by. But for this location it's definitely great, even without any facilities.

For me personally great (basically for what we needed 5*). Exactly as described. Perfect communication with the owner = immediate confirmation of booking. We arrived for the night by motorhome and were just looking for a place to stay...departure in the morning. Absolute peace at night with no light smog. Due to the early departure, I can't judge the location e.g. due to the possibilities of excursions... I still recommend it.
