The place by the water is great. The land is landscaped, away from the road and people, so quiet. There were 4 other crews there with us, so 5 in total, which seems like a lot for a campless place. We felt a bit like we were at a traditional campground. Our fellow campers were fine, it was quiet, but then it's not for someone looking for a place all to themselves. The owner allowed us to dig a fire pit, which I thank him for. We then cleaned the place up and returned the domco to the best original condition. There was no firewood on the property, but there is plenty across the road in the woods, just don't be lazy and walk there (or bring your own)
