Access and parking on the gravel road are easy even in wet conditions, and you can pitch your tent on a regularly mowed lawn in the shade of trees. You can swim in our private pond, chill your drinks or beer in the nearby stream, and enjoy views of the Orlické Mountains ridges and the surrounding meadows with grazing cows. Firewood and electricity are available. You can refill your drinking water and empty the chemical toilet cassette at the wastewater treatment plant located 60 m away from the cottage.

• The lot is adjacent to a rental cottage, which is approximately 60 meters away.
• There is no Wi-Fi on the lot.
• Drinking water is available and can be drawn about 3 meters from the RV site
• Access to the pond is from the maintained side of the dam
• The pond is used by both BezKemp guests and guests of the nearby cottage.
• Every Saturday from approximately 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., maintenance is performed on the property and its surroundings; we recommend coordinating the details with the owner in advance.

The property was nicely maintained and had everything listed in the description. The owner was friendly and willing to help with anything.
The property is even nicer than in the photos. Right next to it are beautiful pastures with cows. The outhouse is clean. Water and electricity are right by the parking spot. The owner called ahead to explain everything and kept us updated on any potential neighbors. There was a little noise from the farm across the way, but nothing too bad (it didn’t even wake up our baby). There’s pleasant shade among the trees.
The owner responds within 5 minutes!! — Great, because we were looking for a place at the last minute...The instructions were perfect, easy to get to, the property was beautifully maintained, and the fire pit with wood was a nice bonus. We really enjoyed our stay there. The road is close by, but there’s no traffic at night, so we slept like babies 👍
Great place, wonderful hospitality… peaceful… there’s a cabin nearby with guests, but you basically just say hello to each other. It’s great that you can swim in the pond…
