The land is located on the outskirts of Moravské Krumlov in a relaxation zone with cascading ponds and the swimming pond Vrabčí hájek which has several sandy beaches.
In front of the land there is a blind road leading to the ponds which is also a destination for local residents.
There is a possibility of swimming, fishing, hiking and cycling in the Znojmo wine region.
In the surroundings there are many castles, ruins, dams, lookout towers, cycling paths, microbreweries and other attractions.
We are NOT ‼, "In a secluded place by the forest" ‼ nor do we offer ‼ amazing views of the countryside ‼ rather a base with facilities for trips to the surroundings whether on foot, on bicycles or by car.
Our children's playground in the adjacent garden of the CAFFÉ - BAR will entertain even the little ones so that parents have a little time for a good Italian coffee with homemade cake or a quality draft beer in a pre-chilled glass with homemade crackling spread.

The very nice owner showed us everything personally. There is plenty of space, a private water tap right at each pitch, a children's playground and a cafe with outdoor seating and especially very nice service. Excellent no camping - we will definitely be back.

We were very satisfied, super location..in a moment at the pond, in the woods, but also in the shop..for children paradise where they can feed the goats, but also play at the cafe where there is a lot for them..what I have to highlight are beautifully clean bathrooms with a kitchen and the owner, who takes care of the land and especially cares about the guests as they are happy there..we have nothing to complain about and we will definitely come again 😊
Excellent communication and welcome. Children had a great time playing outside the cafe next to the goats. New shower room for campers was great. Fair value.
