Near Benešov: Konopiště Castle, a golf course. In Týnec: a boat rental service for trips down the river to Pikovice. In nearby Lešany, there is
a military museum, and in Strnadice, a vintage car museum. Jílové offers a gold museum and tours of the mine tunnels. Krusičany—a regional shop (beef, sausages, cheeses, dairy products, etc.)
Right in the village, there’s a grocery store and a pub at the soccer field.
You can buy fresh eggs right here at our place. In the display case at the bottom of the garden, you can purchase hand-knitted poufs.
Please clean up after your pets. The trampoline and swings for children may only be used under your supervision; you are responsible for their safety. Please remove your shoes before using the trampoline.
Next to the outhouse are trash cans for mixed waste (please dispose of diapers, pads, etc., only in these cans, not in the outhouse. Thank you), and recycling bins—please sort your waste: yellow for plastics and milk cartons, blue for paper, and the crate for glass bottles and cans.
We’ve finished building the wood shed, where the fire extinguisher, sausage roasters, and grill are stored. We’ll gradually cut and restock the firewood.
Unfortunately, you may occasionally hear a lawn mower, dogs barking, or cows mooing. There are also neighbors who want some peace and quiet, so please be sure to observe the nighttime quiet hours after 10 p.m. We’re working on adding shade to the fence between us and the neighbor. We’re also addressing the issue of the trees in the driveway, but unfortunately, it’s taking longer than I’d like.
Check-in and check-out times are set, but they depend on the property’s occupancy before or after your stay. It’s no problem to arrange a different time (to adjust it). The same applies if you’d like to bring more people or set up more tents than the listed capacity allows. Please contact me in advance before making a reservation!!!! I have a question.

A pleasant garden on the outskirts of the village; everything works and is just as described. Access to the property was fine, but I understand that it might not be the best access for a camper. Perhaps the only downside I see is that there are houses right next door, so you feel like you’re on a stage. You don’t really get much privacy there in a tent.
Arriving after dark was a bit of an adventure—the gate has a lock, which confused me since the description said “free access,” but I quickly realized that the morning email had included instructions and the code for the lock 😉 In the morning, the upper part of the property is in the shade, which we appreciated because it was hot summer days. If we had a dog, it would be great that it couldn’t run away and could roam freely. Drinking water, electricity, and an outhouse—awesome—we took full advantage of them 😊 Thank you so much. We highly recommend this peaceful spot near the forest to everyone. Beautiful natural surroundings, a spacious lot that’s well-maintained and fenced in—making it ideal for travelers with dogs, like us. This wasn’t our first time here, and it’s clear that the owner is constantly improving the property. A pleasant surprise was the drinking water—that’s a really big bonus—and we also appreciated the recycling bins. We needed a weekend getaway, so we were only here for one night—the other days were already booked. But we really enjoyed sitting by the campfire in the evening, roasting sausages.
A quiet and spacious lot. You can easily make two reservations at the same time. The access road is narrower in some places as it winds through the trees. We had a campervan and were able to fit. It might be a tight squeeze with a larger motorhome or a trailer.
A pleasantly large garden nestled among the single-family homes. Ample amenities—nothing more is needed. Peace and quiet, plus a nice view. You can park your RV in the shade—a nice bonus. Be careful when pulling out of the woods onto the road; cars drive pretty fast here, and visibility is limited on one side.
