A gravel paved road leads to the property and passability in rainy weather is no problem.
Around the village there are many forest paths, cycle paths and possibly a third class road. As far as forest paths and cycle paths are concerned, I can advise where to go and where to go.
The Zubřina River is approximately 300m from the garden. I don't know how it is with fishing and permits on this river.
If there is a sufficient layer of snow, you can go cross-country skiing 200m behind the garden. There is also a pond in the village, so if it freezes a lot, you can skate.
The nearest swimming pool is in the village of Kanice, 7-8km from the garden. You can go 15km to Domažlice to the swimming pool.
In the park approximately 600m away behind the pub there is a playground for children - trampolines, jungle gyms, swings, carousel, etc.
Around the village there are plenty of forest paths where you can walk. A nice path leads through the forest to Blížejov, where you can cool off with a beer on hot days, and the train goes back. The same applies to the way to the other side to Staňkov, where there is partly a forest path and partly a trail. Back again by train or again on your own.
From the garden is 50m away clean and flat asphalt road, where you can roller skate. The path is approximately 1km long. It is not a cycle path, but a road with little traffic.
