Amenities: a small kitchen with basic equipment, a gas stove, a gas refrigerator, and a sink—you’ll need to bring your own water; heating; insect screens; and a ceiling fan. I recommend bringing your own bedding; the campervan has blankets and 3 sleeping bags for emergency use only. You must bring your own drinking water.
Routine cleaning of the camper and the campground is not included in the price of your stay, so please allow time upon departure to clean up and refill the water tank—other Bezkempři guests often arrive right after you. If you’d like to book a stay that includes cleaning, please contact me in advance and I’ll take care of everything (price: 860 CZK).
The reservation applies only to the Caravan (Site 2), so you may find yourself sharing the campground with other “Bezkempři” guests staying on the surrounding terraces (Site 1). If you’d like to be completely alone on the property, please reserve both Sites 1 and 2. The campground is quite spacious, and the caravan’s terrace offers plenty of space and privacy.
You can build a campfire at the campsite and enjoy the peace and quiet. There’s a slide for kids; please bring your own soccer ball. Badminton rackets and a net are available in the camper.
The price of your stay also includes a rowboat for trips on the Berounka River; in 10 minutes, you can reach the U Varských campsite at the dam, where you’ll find all the amenities, including a restaurant, and a nice place to swim.
The property is in a secluded location, so the area in front of the RV and the main road are monitored by a security camera. No one monitors the footage; it may only be used for specified purposes, such as matters of public interest, including crime prevention, etc.

- 220V electricity is available only for a limited time, depending on the caravan's battery charge level; 12V and USB outlets for charging electronic devices are available continuously

- There is an emergency shower in the RV, but given the high water consumption—which must be replenished with water cans after your stay—I recommend using the paid shower facilities at the U Varských campground (available only during the summer season).

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The driveway is paved with no problems, parking on terraces 2 and 3 makes it difficult to exit so park on Terrace 1 during inclement weather. There is private roadside parking for cars.

Nature trail - Following the trail of the trilobite, passing through an important paleontological area where trilobites and other fossil organisms were found from the time when the local landscape was deep under the sea.The nature trail, passing through the natural monument Skryjsko-Týřovické kambrium, is circular and about 2 kilometres long and has 12 stops with information boards, on which there are also engaging comics. It is not difficult, so even families with children can manage it. They can also enjoy various climbing frames, climbing frames and climbing frames, but they can also play paleontologists or see replicas of fossil trilobites.The trail also offers beautiful views, for example of the ruins of Týřov and the nearby Týřovice Rocks. The Trail of the Trilobite begins at the Joachim Barrand Memorial in Skryi, and there is a car park nearby.

A great place—we go there again and again, and the owner is constantly making improvements to the campground
An interesting place. There are plenty of things to do nearby. You can go boating on the Berounka River, grab a beer at a nearby pub, visit the trilobite museum, or lose track of time at the Na mýtince pub. Or you can go on a lovely hike and, when you get back, grill up something delicious at the campsite, or just relax in a hammock. The owner thinks of everything—there are grills, skewers, fire pits, rowboats, outdoor hammocks, toys for kids, and much more. You have to hand it to him! He takes excellent care of the place. It’s also great that he’s immediately available if you have any questions. The only downside is that the camper is parked in the sun, so don’t count on spending much time inside during the day. And if the campground is full, pray for great neighbors :-)
We experienced a major heat wave during our stay, so we only explored the immediate surroundings and didn’t really feel like cooking—the “U 6 Trempů” pub was great and close by, and we also took the taxi boat to the campground, where swimming is more comfortable.
It’s a nice spot for paddleboarding, and definitely good for fishing too, even though the stairs down to the river are a bit of a workout.
The RV was comfortable during the day
A nice campground in a beautiful location. We used the caravan and the terrace for our RV. The site was very well equipped—a fire pit, a grill, swings, and a small boat. We really enjoyed our stay.
We were satisfied. The owner was very accommodating.
