Where do the property ratings come from?
A nice place compared to other options in Ždán. The owner helped us with everything; we can recommend it.
Our stay took place during the first weekend of the summer vacation, when temperatures were tropical. So it was to be expected that there would be a lot of people wanting to go swimming at Ždán. 😊
The property is very large and has several permanently parked RVs on it. In reality, however, only a few of them were occupied during our stay; the rest were spots reserved through BezKempu. So it’s not true that there are only seven reservation spots here, but thanks to the size of the property, everyone has plenty of privacy. There are also plenty of mature trees on the property, providing pleasant shade even on hot summer days.
The plot is fenced in, and public beaches adjoin it on both sides—beaches that were literally packed with people during our stay. This made us appreciate all the more that the plot itself felt like a peaceful oasis with plenty of space. Considering how crowded Ždáň tends to be during the summer, this plot offers truly pleasant tranquility, plenty of space, and privacy.
There are several connections for drinking water and electricity. We didn’t use the restrooms because we have our own chemical toilet, but we really appreciated being able to dispose of gray water upon departure.
There’s a restaurant with a bar right nearby, and on the other side is a small shop where you can buy ice cream, fresh pastries, enjoy a pizza, an iced coffee, or a delicious breakfast. 😊
We also really appreciated that they observe quiet hours in the evening. It was pleasantly quiet in the morning, perhaps until 8:00 a.m., which contributed to the relaxed atmosphere of our entire stay.
We really enjoyed our time here during these tropical days. The water was great, and everyone found their own space and way to enjoy the stay. We’d love to come back here again.

There’s nothing to complain about. It’s not your typical “no-camping” spot, but that doesn’t really matter at all. Restrooms, running water, guys who make a luxurious breakfast. Man, as far as I’m concerned, it’s great. Everything has its flaws, but you’d be hard-pressed to find any here.
