Everything cool, friendly attitude, plenty of space, arrival cool. Only one electricity hook-up, so I prefer to take a longer cable with me. And watch out for ants, they found us "in the house". :-)
Land in a very interesting location. Leckoho discourages that there is a chicken farm nearby but it does not disturb anyone. It's not a classic campsite as one would expect but it's nice ;) He has excellent Palava in his wine bar :)
Unfortunately, the trees are still small and the ground was parched and almost grassless.
The land is perfect for a quiet sleepover but nothing more. In a few years, a great place.
