We raise dairy goats and sheep on the farm. During the milking season, roughly from May to October, we make cheeses from a blend of goat’s and sheep’s milk. From May through October, you can purchase dairy products from our farm (excellent kefir, several types of cheese, and fresh milk—a blend of goat and sheep milk). It’s best to order products at least two days in advance; we don’t produce them “for stock.” You can also order through our online store: https://u-kozy-a-petrzele.webnode.cz/e-shop/ for pickup directly at our farm.
From October through roughly February, only our aging semi-hard cheese remains in stock.
The village is quiet because the road ends here. About a kilometer to the south begins the wooded ridge of the Ždánice Forest, where there are nice trails for biking or even jogging.
For birdwatchers, there’s a chance to spot Montagu’s harriers, ravens, and pied flycatchers—which nest nearby—during the season. Kites also make an appearance, and, on rare occasions, a white-tailed eagle flies by :)

Restriction of the access road
The access to the dirt road is suitable only for passenger cars of normal chassis clearance, for motorhomes up to a maximum length of 7 m, without any reduction in chassis clearance, e.g. by a towing device.

The Ždánický Forest starts nearby, where there are lots of nice cycling routes. New cycle path in the direction of the E50 route to Slavkov, connection to the network of other cycle paths.

Nearby is a municipal pond, you can buy a permit and fish.

Other activities
In the season from April to October it is possible to try milking goats and sheep (Anglo-Nubian goats, East Friesian sheep). It is also possible to try cheese making or sheep wool processing. It is also fun to drive the flock to and from the pasture :)The pub with draught beer is about 500m from the caravan/camper site.
We do not wish to have a lot of noise on the property - please direct noisy celebrations elsewhere :)

A beautiful, peaceful place; communicating with the owner was a breeze, and he was happy to help us when I had trouble with a dead battery. And the kefir from their farm is absolutely delicious! We’d love to stay here again.
A really beautiful place, peaceful, with kind and helpful owners.
Very nice place near the sheep, the great thing is that only one reservation is possible and on the property there is a kadibudka, the nice owners offer the possibility to buy delicious cheeses. Minuses: pretty tall grass everywhere, a bit confused communication about arrival. We recommend the place!
A place where you will be alone. Mr. owner offers their products (additional service about 250 CZK) - in the evening he brought us a basket of tasting what they currently offer. For breakfast we tasted them immediately, delicious :) - do not save and take advantage. We are traveling with a small son and took advantage of visiting the morning milking place about 1,5 km away (time for us adjust). The place has utility water in a tank, dry toilet, picnic table (you can find it by the old caravan). the animals are tame. For the boys, it's nice to have the occasional low plane fly over your heads. The owners are both wrong, it's nice that they do it with their hearts. We'd love to come back sometime.
