Lovely friendly owners, seamless, fast negotiation. Beautifully maintained grounds, quiet location, shade and sunshine, swimming, fire pit/grill including wood. Fencing is only partly in place but in the end we didn't mind, the quadrupeds were exemplary and didn't escape. If we can, we would be happy to return. Just great.

Beautiful, extra tidy place, owner very nice! Our goal was to camp near the water where the little one can fish🎣, so he was extremely happy! We will definitely want to come back 👍🏻😊

Pluses: very low price considering the amenities, huge clean shower with hot water, nice dry toilet, outlets to charge your phone, seating area, facilities for kids...all clean, tidy
Cons: the pond is more of a tank with perpendicular walls, so for example our dog can't get out of it by himself. The lady designated a place for us to stay, even though it was free elsewhere - right by the driveway, which we didn't like very much. There were hornets flying through our site. It doesn't matter in the daytime, but in the evening, after dark, when three hornets start hitting your headlamp at once, it's an experience. I understand that it's not the owners fault, I'm just writing as info that it was like that at the first site, in case it was a problem for someone. For me, the place is almost more campsite than no-camp.
In conclusion, I would say the place is beautiful and definitely worth a visit, but definitely don't look for peace and quiet there in season.
