The open land with a shelter to sit in is directly adjacent to the pen and stable of our llama boys. We raise them for their coats and are gradually teaching them to go for walks - by prior arrangement, you are welcome to join them and walk with a llama on a halter.
The site is slightly wild, surrounded by greenery which creates natural privacy. We are in organic farming mode and try to keep the farm as much in keeping with the landscape around it as possible, gradually making it into a landscape orchard.
It's good to know that this isn't absolute silence - there is a railway line running nearby towards Vienna, so occasionally a train will pass (a surprisingly pleasant sound for some into the night).
At the back of the property you will find sheep - they will often greet you from afar with their loud greeting, unlike the quiet llama boys.
And because we are a short distance from the Protected Landscape Area of the Confluence and the river Dyje, mosquitoes can appear after rain - it belongs to this region.
The background is simple but functional:
there is a kadibudka hidden in the greenery, a well with drinking water and we will be happy to prepare drinking water in a canister on request.
When you arrive, try to just sit for a while and do nothing.

The farm lies in the landscape of the Confluence - where the rivers Dyje and Morava meet and where time has a slightly different speed.
You can cycle to the Pohansko Chateau in a few minutes, or you can continue through the landscape of the Soutok Protected Landscape Area to the place where the rivers actually meet.
The surrounding trails will take you through the Lednice-Valtice area and the peaceful Czech-Austrian border.
fishing
Just behind the property flows one of the arms of the Dyje River. It is enough to walk to it and just be for a while... There is also a possibility of commercial fishing at the nearby František's pond.
hiking
On foot you can reach Poštorná and the František Pond, which has a special quiet atmosphere - ideal for a short stop.
A tip for an evening out: the Ranch u Pepeho cycling track (20 min walk)

The property is near the train tracks - occasionally a train passes by, reminding you for a moment that the world is still going on out there.

Extremely nice owner. Very elongated plot of land about 6x750 m, usable space for 2 cars for the driverless, maybe 3 for small ones. The undisputed attraction is the 4 llama boys in the paddock and then again in the back a few sheep with a ram. The property is also equipped with a covered seating area, fire pit and a very nice and clean smokehouse. Still, I can't give a full hearted rating comparing the whole lot. It is possible to stay overnight for one or two nights, I can't quite imagine more nights, especially if there were more overnight guests, the plot is too narrow.
Nice, quiet place for one overnight stay. We used it as a starting point for the bike path to the Confluence.

Cosy camping in a quiet location. The trains passing by were a treat for the kids. Llamas were friendly🙂 we made use of the firewood and the drinking water brought.
exactly as expected. Communication with the owners without problems. Passing trains do not disturb in any way (roads are often worse).
