The farm has a timber-framed, eco-friendly house in the garden, with a west-facing pavilion providing beautiful views of the setting sun and horse pastures. The horses are a rare breed and are for special purposes. These animals return energy to the landscape.
The advantage of the house is that you will have a great sleep! Absence of light smog!
There is also space at the cottage to place tent shelters so you can create a living garden. The sight of the horses will wake you up and calm you down in the evening as our horses calm your heartbeat. You will feel very free.
Inside, you will find a cosy one-room space with a wood or briquette stove, where you can use the fire to create warmth for quiet reading under a lamp, watching a movie or making coffee. There is also a PB stove for cooking. Kitchen equipment is basic to create simple meals, there is a fast food "Spaghetti" and again an americana "Barfoud" in the village. Plates, cutlery, glasses, cups, gas kettle for boiling water are in the equipment.
The couch on the ground floor folds out into one and a half beds, the loft space is a bedroom with up to 4 mattresses with sheets. Without requesting bedding we respect your personal BEDROOMS.
We will deliver the bedding with the bedding ON REQUEST - for an extra 100,- CZK/person for the whole stay. Wooden stairs of the old attic lead to the bedroom.

The toilet is flushed with collected gutter water. A shower room with hot water for visitors is located about 40 meters from the cottage, in the farm part of the homestead. There is DRINKING WATER here.
The cottage is equipped with a fridge and a vacuum cleaner, do not expect a TV, but you can use your own bicycles to go on good cycling trails in the area.
The driveway is maintained even in winter, stay in the cottage in the cold season is possible. You will rest, you will find peace. Bring slippers and slippers.

We visited the property in February. Although there was a bit more snow on the roads, it was possible to drive - the advantage is that the owner has "live" equipment to help. We were able to take part in the evening work with the horses. The house is beautiful and cozy, the owner very accommodating. Nice environment on a small farm.

I definitely recommend it for those looking for peace and quiet. We took advantage of the weekend and complete satisfaction. Owner very pleasant. Cozy accommodation in a small cottage,where everything is needed. The toilet is outside,the shower is in the owners building but everything is clean. We absolutely enjoyed the quiet and
the absence of outside lamps. On the other hand, it is very pleasant to light the stove and listen to the crackling of the wood. Beautiful is the view from the windows to the countryside and the horse paddocks. We will definitely visit again and will recommend it further.

A great place to relax. The house is beautiful and cozy, the heat from the stove beautifully warmed the whole space. The amenities were more than sufficient. The owner was very accommodating, she showed and explained everything on arrival. We can recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and likes country style.
