The property is accessible year-round, regularly maintained and mowed, with facilities ready for four caravans or RVs. Each site is carefully paved, graveled, and leveled, and each comes with a covered seating area featuring tables, benches, and a fire pit.
During the summer months, swimming is possible; a small boat and a dock suitable for lounging or entering the water are available. The pond also offers boat rentals and “catch-and-release” fishing—(we do not catch predatory fish here)—which fishing enthusiasts will appreciate.
The property borders directly on a forest, which is perfect for mushroom hunting, walks, or bike rides. There are numerous hiking trails and bike paths in the area that will take you through the beautiful Kokořín countryside. Right next to the property stands a hunting blind, from which you can quietly observe forest wildlife that comes to feed right within sight.
Two swings and a sandbox await the children here, so even the little ones will have a great time :-)And if you’re in the mood for a trip to discover natural treasures, we recommend visiting the Spring of St. Adalbert—a well with clean, ice-cold, and delicious-tasting water.

Very nice place, basically full of amenities even for a longer stay. Lots of possibilities for trips around the area. And we even managed to catch some fish 😊

We spent a very nice time on the property and we hope that other campers will enjoy it as much as we did. The owner has taken great care and built a nice place. We are glad that such plots are with us and the owners offer them.
