Where do the property ratings come from?
It’s a bit harder to drive out of the property—visibility isn’t great there—but otherwise everything’s fine. They have horses here, and there’s a railroad track nearby, but it’s fine at night. You can take a trip to Svojanov Castle, Moravská Třebová Castle, the Karasín Lookout Tower, the Cimrman Lookout Tower, and the deposit in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem.
We were extremely satisfied. The entire property offers plenty of space and plenty of privacy, even though there were two groups staying there at the same time (we didn’t get in each other’s way at all). The kids loved the ponies, the trampoline, and the swing—which are a great bonus. Plus, the hostess is very kind and accommodating. We’d love to come back sometime!
Good facilities, large garden, helpful owners, complete peace. For cyclists convenient location for trips to the surroundings - Svitavy, Polička, Moravská Třebová, Svojanov, etc.

Very nice and quiet place as a starting point to the surroundings of Svitavy and the Czech-Moravian border. On the property you are actually already in nature - a large garden, grazing horses, on the banks of the Svitava River and with the wakefulness of birdsong :-)
