drinking water
- If necessary, you can fill your tank using a garden hose, but it is not under constant pressure. The valve is about 100 meters away. The water will start flowing when you call, or as agreed. Thank you for your understanding, but we cannot fill children’s pools.
electricity
- The 230V outlet is located at the workstation and is metered by an electricity meter. Before plugging in, check the meter reading to make sure it matches the last entry in the notebook. After unplugging, please write the new reading in the notebook and leave the calculated amount there as well. Everything is in a plastic cabinet on the wall. You can also pay using a QR code after entering the amount. It’s fairer than a flat-rate payment. :-)

Slightly steeper slope of the driveway of approximately 5m. Not suitable for large heavy caravans. No 4x4 problem.

The "garage" shown in the photos is not actually a garage, but simply a storage area for gardening supplies and equipment. It is secured by an alarm. By arrangement, it can be used to store anything. You can put trash in
a plastic bag in front of the gate.

A very nice and well-maintained property. A friendly owner. Lots of options for day trips in the area. It’s just a short walk to the rocks.
I’m deducting one heart because of the nearby busy road.
Once again we spent wonderful days here. The owner is very helpful and friendly. The place is very clean and well maintained. We always like to come back.
Our second visit to this small and cozy property and again complete satisfaction, helpful owner. A walk to the Forest Theatre with a sweet spot in the Kiosk at the Blue Mine... We just love it here and would love to come back.
Beautiful lot for one crew. Upon arrival, the owner welcomed us to the property and advised us where to go for hikes. About 20 min walk to the rocks through the village and then just a climb up the rocks 😁😁. The land is a short distance from the road so , ze cars are heard but we didn't mind the quiet at night. The driveway is a bit steep , but with a big motorhome like we have we got 7.5m just fine.
I can only recommend this piece of land.
