Large, family yurt with land. For 8-10 persons (52 m2). Near Prague, close to the Slapy dam, the picturesque valley of the Kocáby river and other attractive tourist places (Jílovsko, Brdy, Slapská dam, etc....).
It is equipped with a sleeping mat, cooker, basic utensils, wood stones. With a fenced plot that offers a large dining table, sandpit, swings, fireplace, medieval clay oven and other activities for children and adults. Drinking and drinking water is available imported in jerry cans. The price quoted is for the time spent on the property, or the space can be used by more than one person. Arrival time on the property is possible earlier than 5pm by arrangement.
The property operates most days of the year as a club for pre-school children. The equipment and interior is therefore adapted to this. The rental income is used to support the function of the association and its activities.

The space is a functioning nursery during the weekdays of the year. On the grounds and inside there are various toys (kitchen, swings, rope climbing frames, building blocks, etc.)

Many things can be consulted with the founder. We prefer to make personal arrangements. Please bring your own wood (it is possible to go to the forest and rent local tools). It is also possible to buy a packet of briquettes on site (price 150 CZK). As the space is mainly used for the activities of the association and i.e. childcare, most of the members of the association are women. The land is located in an area where one lives in harmony with nature, with the neighbours and in mutual respect, so the interested party undertakes to use the land in this spirit. In case of the presence of pets, please report in advance and we ask the interested parties to take into account the animals living in the vicinity of the yurt in the enclosures (do not threaten them, do not feed them, etc.It is possible that during the stay of an interested person, a member of the association will come to the property to take a look, or to solve a technical problem or to show up for another reason.The yurt and its space will be handed over to the interested person in a clean and tidy condition and we ask him to hand it over in the same condition as you find it (take away mixed waste, etc.). In the event that the stay of the interested party will require some deeper disinfection or cleaning, we charge a separate fee for the subsequent cleaning (about 400 CZK)We also urge you to be vigilant in handling fire.In the area there is a ban on smoking, alcohol and other addictive substances.In the event of any violation or neglect of the rules resulting in damage, the interested party will pay for the repair of the damage.Thank you for your understanding and support of our association and we wish you a pleasant stay

A beautiful place with a magical atmosphere🥰 We spent 4 nights in the yurt with 13 people - 4 moms and 9 kids (1-9yrs). We all enjoyed our stay very much. The garden is perfect for children, half of the property is shaded, full of trees and rope climbing frames, a big sandpit, a kitchen..and all around the animals who came to watch us and let us pet them. We had fun in the yurt (when we had a bad morning). Sleeping was pleasant, we fit in without any problems. We were there in the hottest heat, so the first night was really tropical and you couldn't make a draft.. but the rest of the nights were fine😉 There is a nice forest a little above the property where we went to get firewood. Washing the dishes and kids in the laver gave the whole stay the old charm časů☺️ We had plenty of water, the owner brought it to us every day on request. The shop is a few minutes drive away in Masečín and Štěchovice, only from Štěchovice to Masečín there is a narrow steeply rising serpentine road where you sometimes get stuck (fortunately there are mirrors and cars are allowed in). We used to go swimming in Rabyň (about 25 min by car), unfortunately we didn't find anything within a profitable distance. It is worth recommending the U Rybníka pub, where you can't swim, but you can eat well and you will be welcomed by nice staff. You can get there in about half an hour by a pleasant walk through the forest. There are medieval paths around the yurt and lots of other interesting places that we didn't manage to visit in the heat, so we'll have to vrátit❤️ If you want to spend a magical time in the middle of nature and show your kids that scarcity actually teaches us to enjoy the little things, be sure to add this place to your list seznam☺️

Great place for families with children, beautiful shade under the trees, I recommend bringing wasp traps and possibly something to sleep outside in the summer is beautiful to see the sky

Quiet, pleasant place with a view, surrounded by a fence with animals. Yurt spacious, sleeping on foam pads comfortable. The owners brought plenty of drinking water, enough for us to get drunk. They also gave us fine tips for a restaurant and a walk to the Kocabka River. There is an entrance to the forest near the accommodation. There are plenty of activities for the kids in the yurt and on the property, they were thrilled. Even the dog was happy, the property is large and fenced.

The yurt was very nice, one night we slept in eight people and the other in four. The only thing that bothered us about sleeping was too much light from the upper window(no shading) otherwise great. Outside land amazing, a little behind the yurt forest with lots of firewood and available wheelbarrows to take away👍 lots of activities for the kids(sandpit climbing frames etc), the land is also a lot of shade which we appreciated a lot in July! Just behind the fence there are all kinds of animals walking around and some of them even let you pet them😍 near the yurt there is also a nice swimming at Slapy, Rabyně beach allows you to enter with your dog🐕 I recommend to bring a lot of drinking water, I definitely recommend the stay overall👍
