We offer one separate reservation, so you’ll have the property all to yourselves.
We also have two beautiful, separate meadows available, located about 100 meters apart. The property covers an area of approximately 3,000 square meters, providing plenty of space.
There is one fire pit on the property. There’s also a wood shed where anyone can take firewood for free—as much as they need. The wood shed also contains roasting forks, a small axe, and a few other items for entertainment.
There is a dry toilet equipped with an eco-friendly composting toilet. In a drawer of the side table, you’ll find a lighter, eco-friendly fire starter, kindling paper, and a wooden cutting board for chopping anything.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The driveway is passable in all weather conditions as it is paved. The meadow itself is on a hill, which is normally accessible by car, motorhome and caravan. Except perhaps if it rains a lot, it will probably be slippery. But you can still leave your car down there, it's still in our meadow. There's a fire pit up there with a nice view. If you're going to come in something really big, you'd better book site 1 for better handling.

The crossroads is a crossroads of several roads.Two cycle paths start here.No.8148 will lead you via Svobodín to Mlada Boleslav, 22 km away.No.8161 will direct you to Sobotka.The blue TZ in the southern direction leads through Vlčí Pole and Veselice to Domousnice.In the northern direction it leads past the Šlejferna pond and the Plakánek valley to Libošovice.The yellow TZ leads to the railway station, only 0.5 km away.

There is 1 separate reservation on the property, so that you do not share the property with other guests, but it is possible to extend it to 3 if you are travelling with friends with several caravans or motorhomes. If you have visitors during your stay, it's ok. But if they stay overnight, it's up to you to make a new reservation. You should always contact the owner about anything and ask to extend the booking.
If your reservation ends at 12:00 that day, then it is really important to leave the property at that point. As other guests may arrive right after you.
Guests who have paid for a plot just for themselves do not want to share someone else's car until the evening.
If you still want to make a trip (on foot or by bike) on the day your reservation ends by 12:00 and you know you would not make it back, the weather is fine and you want to stay another afternoon or evening, but not overnight. Then it is possible to re-park the car, caravan or motorhome by telephone agreement about 200m from the owner for a fee. Parking up to 4 hours after 12 noon is 30 CZK, parking more than 4 hours after 12 noon but no longer than midnight is 50 CZK.
The town of Dolni Bousov collects a fee from the stay.
The rate of the fee is 30 CZK for each day of stay, except for the day of its beginning.
The fee is already included in the price per person.

The property was nicely maintained, and firewood was laid out. The outhouse was clean. Everything was fine. There just wasn’t much shade. The grass had been mowed, but there were patches left with wildflowers, which we really liked. The owner, Pam, even thinks about the bees, which is great. My wife and I consider it a beautiful, peaceful place. The owner was pleasant on the phone. We can recommend this property.
It’s a nice place that we enjoyed; you can tell the owner takes good care of it, and the sites for tents or RVs are perfectly prepared. From that perspective, there’s really nothing to complain about. Why I had to deduct one star: these are things the owner can’t control, but it would be good to include them in the property description: 1. The property is next to a children’s camp, and that can be disruptive at times. 2. Maybe we just had bad luck (I sent a message to the owner, but he didn’t reply), but during our stay, there was a concert nearby that ended at a quarter to two in the morning—which really doesn’t fit the description of a quiet spot. Otherwise, as I mentioned, the place is very nice, well-maintained, and the restroom is clean.
Dětský tábor přímo ne sousedí s naší loukou, je takzvaně ob jednu louku , ale stane se, že jsou děti někdy hlučnější a mohou být slyšet. Záleží jaké jsou zrovna děti na táboře věkově.
Pokud někdo pořádá koncert nebo soukromou akci nemohu to ovlivnit, k létu to většinou patří, ale rozumím, že by měl být dodržen noční klid.
Jedná se spíše o jednorázovou akci a není to tu pravidelně zvykem.
Hostům v popisu nezaručujeme klid, pozemek je na okraji městečka a není to úplná samota. Jako klidné místo jej popisují návštěvníci.

A really nice place, easy to get to, with firewood and a fire pit already set up. Truly the perfect spot for camping :) We'll definitely come back sometime.
