There is 1 separate reservation, so you will be alone on the property, but it is possible to extend it to 3 reservations by agreement(more in the rules section)
In addition, we have 2 beautiful separate meadows about 100m apart. The plot has an area of approx 3000m2 and therefore provides plenty of space.
There is 1 fire pit on the property. A woodpile where everyone can take firewood for free.As much as they use. In the woodburner there are also forks for roasting, an axe and some small things for fun.
A dry toilet, where there is a separating ecological toilet. In the desk drawer there is also a lighter, an eco lighter, kindling paper and a wooden cutting board for cutting anything.

There is a paved dirt road leading to this property, the exit is a short distance from the road.

Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
The driveway is passable in all weather conditions as it is paved. The meadow itself is on a hill, which is normally accessible by car, motorhome and caravan. Except perhaps if it rains a lot, it will probably be slippery. But you can still leave your car down there, it's still in our meadow. There's a fire pit up there with a nice view. If you're going to come in something really big, you'd better book site 1 for better handling.

The crossroads is a crossroads of several roads.Two cycle paths start here.No.8148 will lead you via Svobodín to Mlada Boleslav, 22 km away.No.8161 will direct you to Sobotka.The blue TZ in the southern direction leads through Vlčí Pole and Veselice to Domousnice.In the northern direction it leads past the Šlejferna pond and the Plakánek valley to Libošovice.The yellow TZ leads to the railway station, only 0.5 km away.

The Golden Trail connects the most beautiful and the most important places of the Bohemian Paradise. It winds for a total length of 119 km through the landscape from Mladá Boleslav to Jičín, crossing valleys, rock towns, hills, streams, as well as medieval castles and pine forests.The Plakánek Valley is a picturesque canoe-like valley stretching along the Vesecký Brook and the Klenice Brook, surrounded by sandstone cliffs and pine forests. There is 1 separate reservation on the property, so that you do not share the property with other guests, but it is possible to extend it to 3 if you are travelling with friends with several caravans or motorhomes. If you have visitors during your stay, it's ok. But if they stay overnight, it's up to you to make a new reservation. You should always contact the owner about anything and ask to extend the booking.
If your reservation ends at 12:00 that day, then it is really important to leave the property at that point. As other guests may arrive right after you.
Guests who have paid for a plot just for themselves do not want to share someone else's car until the evening.
If you still want to make a trip (on foot or by bike) on the day your reservation ends by 12:00 and you know you would not make it back, the weather is fine and you want to stay another afternoon or evening, but not overnight. Then it is possible to re-park the car, caravan or motorhome by telephone agreement about 200m from the owner for a fee. Parking up to 4 hours after 12 noon is 30 CZK, parking more than 4 hours after 12 noon but no longer than midnight is 50 CZK.
The town of Dolni Bousov collects a fee from the stay.
The rate of the fee is 30 CZK for each day of stay, except for the day of its beginning.
The fee is already included in the price per person.

We originally booked a one night stay, but the place surprised us so pleasantly that we stayed the whole weekend. There was a newly built car/caravan parking space and a tent site in the meadow, all nicely level. The meadow was mown, there were even places left with meadow flowers for insects, we loved that. There was a super clean smoker on the property, a fire pit with wood, toys for the kids (we were very pleased with this), logs for roasting, a table and logs to sit by the fire pit. The site is a short distance from a little traveled road, occasionally a car passed by, but did not disturb it. Otherwise the whole place was great, beautiful sunsets and views.
Beautifully maintained grounds with prepared firewood, clean bathhouse and especially views of both sunrise and sunset. You are at the end of the village, so don't expect complete solitude, but otherwise you will definitely recharge your batteries here. I appreciate the speed of response of the owner and his willingness to solve anything. Very nice!
We really enjoyed our stay with you. Mowed grass, prepared wood, axe, fork for roasting, clean toilet. In the woodshed and balls and other activities . A small drawback is that there is no shade, but we counted on that. We would love to come again 😊
A beautifully mown meadow with prepared fireplaces, a woodpile and a toilet on the edge of a small village. Very helpful owner, so we can only recommend.

Nice place with a view and sunset, good as a starting point for excursions. Shop, swimming pool and restaurants within 20min walk. Minuses:nowhere to hide in the shade and a nearby decky camp.
