A nice little spot, especially for RVs, but sleeping in a tent wasn’t a problem. Right next to the railroad tracks, where a historic train runs on weekends; there are animals roaming freely on the property, but they tend to keep to themselves—though the rooster will wake you up in the morning. Plenty of activities for kids (sandbox, trampoline), and communication with the owner was easygoing. A clean and fresh-smelling outhouse, a cold-water shower (but it was a pleasant way to freshen up), and a small sink. Right next to a bike path. Overall, I’m satisfied.
Awesome setting, a quick but refreshing shower, and a great atmosphere at sunset.
The property is in a quiet area, and everything is within walking distance. Although it’s near the railroad tracks, this retro train only passed by about four times during the day as part of a ČD event :)
On weekdays, we recommend visiting Mendel University’s Faculty of Horticulture, which has beautiful gardens. Admission is free. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the property ;)
