Hard surfaced purpose built road between field and gardens. Not maintained in winter but passable in normal snowfall. The garden area is grassed. The path is not lit by public lighting in the dark. In winter it is necessary to ask in advance what access to the property is.

However, the location is attractive for sightseeing in Brno - very good connection to the city centre by public transport (bus with change in Komárová to tram, journey about 17 minutes), or by train.

The land is located about 30 minutes by public transport from the centre of Brno and about 2 km from the entrance to the D2 motorway and in a very quiet and peaceful place. Perfect place for visiting the city and at the same time sleeping in the countryside. In the morning rabbits were running around. I highly recommend the land. Thank you
