Where do the property ratings come from?
The four of us rode there on motorcycles. The campground is actually a small meadow with a fire pit and restroom facilities, which were in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. The gazebo, which could serve as a place to relax in the evening or as a spot where people can gather to chat and unwind over a glass of wine, is overgrown and run-down. However, if you want to go to the U vleku pub (right next door), note that they close at 8 p.m., not 9 p.m. as stated on their website. But otherwise, as long as you’re not too picky, we were satisfied.
A spot with perfect amenities! Restrooms, hot showers, a dishwashing area, a fire pit, a covered seating area, and a restaurant serving hot meals within sight—what more could a tent camper ask for?
The ground is better suited for RV campers—driving tent stakes into the rocky ground is a bit of a challenge—but a few rocks from the nearby fire pit used as weights solved the problem.
The nearby road isn’t noisy at all—the sheep in the pasture definitely made more noise ;o)
We recommend a tour of the adit; it’s truly an experience.

Udržovaný pozemek ve vlastnictví samotné obce. Velmi dobrá dostupnost a sjízdnost pozemku. Pro hosty je velkým bonusem zázemí (WC, sprchy, venkovní dřezy, elektřina). Přímo na pozemku se nachází vstup do historické štoly (my jsme na pozemku byli v polovině listopadu, kdy už skončila sezóna, takže si prohlídku štoly musíme nechat na jaro). Za autem máte hraniční potok, za potokem už je Sasko (běžte se podívat do Seiffenu – stojí to za to). Přilehlá silnice vůbec neruší, provoz není nijak významný. Na pozemek se určitě vrátíme s koly. Okolní cesty a cyklotrasy vyloženě zvou na cyklovíkend. Obci patří palec nahoru a poděkování, že se takto stará o karavanisty :-).
