We present you a beautiful and peaceful garden with a wooden house, where you will find a refuge for a pleasant enjoyment of your free time with or without children. The land is located in a very quiet and peaceful location surrounded by woods and meadows and is completely fenced which allows completely free movement of dogs. WIFI coverage is provided throughout the property for seamless internet access.

The house is equipped with two bunk beds for up to six people. The lower beds are 140 cm wide and the upper beds, 90 cm wide, are for children only. There is also a kitchen with hot water, a table with chairs, a radio, a fridge, a microwave, a single-plate induction cooker, an electric kettle, pots, plates and cutlery. There is also an electricity supply. There is also a small electric radiator which can keep the house pleasantly warm on colder days.

The property includes an unoccupied unheated property in which you only have a toilet and a bathroom with hot water, which are accessible through a separate entrance.

For children there is a children's castle with slides, a barefoot walking trail, a playroom with toys, a ping-pong table and a small football, a trampoline, swings and also a small inflatable splash pool in the garden.

Adults will appreciate the covered outdoor seating area with barbecue and fireplace. Barbecue briquettes, wood and a fork for grilling are at your disposal.

For the summer season (July-August) there will be a swimming pool (3,05x0,9 m) as well with a nice area for sunbathing, watching the night sky and other activities . There are also four scooters available - two for adults and two for children.

Since the cottage is a five-minute drive from Turnov - the heart of Bohemian Paradise, there are virtually unlimited possibilities for hiking, cycling, swimming, climbing and other activities. Just to give you an idea, we can mention Valdštejn Castle and the castles of Hrubá Skála and Sychrov, Suché and Klokočské rocks and for children the leisure area Št'astná země or the swimming pool in Turnov. Just a few hundred metres from the accommodation is the Čičavy Family Stable (stajcicavy.cz), where you can arrange a horseback ride in the surrounding countryside. For shorter stays, we recommend making a reservation in advance by calling 724 820 091 or emailing terezapolachova@stajcicavy.cz .

For breakfast you can stop at the shops in Pěnčín or Radimovice, approximately three minutes away by car.

It is necessary to bring your own sleeping bags or blankets and pillows.
