We offer a large mostly flat plot with a pond and a cottage with a covered veranda surrounded by a fence.Another adjacent fenced plot and a shepherd's hut is occasionally used as a pasture for goats and is not accessible to guests. Complete peace and privacy without neighbours with a view of the countryside at the end of the settlement /no light smog/,only one reservation is possible to maintain the peace.At the cottage available covered porch,for playing darts,skittles and balls for children .Even on hot days you will find shade here.For the romantics there is the possibility of sleeping in the hayloft above the shepherd's hut /entry by ladder/.Access to the farm on a paved road,the pond can be driven around the dam.Please do not drive only on the unpaved edges of the dam and in places where you can not drive on the wet grass.There are plenty of flat places for a tent and parking on the property.Dogs are not allowed on the farm.

Our second visit took place at the end of the summer. The place was again perfectly prepared as described and without any traces of previous visitors. Although it was very hot and dry at the time, the surrounding area provided a pleasant and peaceful retreat including swimming in the nearby pond. The owner was pleasant to talk to and helpful in everything, for which we are very grateful!

Beautiful, quiet place. The land is well maintained, mown grass. Only because of the drought was the pond without water, but again, the deer were hiding in it. Everything prepared as described - water, wood ...There is nothing to complain about. Mr. owner very pleasant, helpful. I can not recommend anything else but .

We really enjoyed staying here. The property was beautiful, quiet (except for the goats of course), and well stocked with plenty of water, firewood, fire pit, and games. The owner came to check on us and was very friendly. The sunset view was very nice too :) It was fairly convenient to walk here from the train at Rataje nad Sázavou. We were only there for a night but I'd stay longer in the future!

Very nice view of the countryside. Quiet. In addition, a bathhouse, water in the pet, fireplace, for fun darts. Nicely mowed grass. Owner was friendly.
