cycling
There are a number of marked cycle paths around the site, especially in the hilly terrain. Tourist paths are also accessible for cycling. A popular destination is, for example, the Oparenské valley within 13 km.
You can find activities in the nearby Ore Mountains, whether cross-country skiing in Cínovec, skiing or snowboarding in Mikulov or with a kit in Moldava. The land is 450 m above sea level and if it snows you can cross-country ski and sledge.
water sports
The flooded Karolína quarry in Bžany offers swimming with an artificial sandy beach and parking within 300 m.
hiking
There are a number of marked hiking trails near the property. A frequent destination is the thundering mountain of the Bohemian Central Highlands - Milešovka or, for example, the ruins of the castle in Kostomlaty - Sukoslav.

In order to ensure a peaceful stay and to preserve the unique atmosphere of this historic place, we ask you to observe the following rules:
Restrictions on movement and permitted zones
- Where you can move: Guests are only allowed in the apple orchard area and towards the adjacent woods. This area is reserved for camping and relaxing, offering the best views and maximum privacy.
- No movement: A strict no-movement policy applies throughout the rest of the site outside the areas defined above.
Private zone (No entry)
- It is strictly forbidden to approach or enter the part of the site adjacent to the "Little House" and "Villa C" buildings (see orientation plan). This zone is completely private and serves the owners.
Rules of coexistence
- The place is suitable for nature lovers who seek peace and quiet.
- Noisy company is not allowed. Please respect the silence and the surrounding environment.
