Everything in perfect order from the landlord's side. Clean toilets, perfect playground in close proximity, football field also an advantage for children to play.
We chose an inconvenient date to stay, there was a fair in town, hence the noise until late and a big procession around the caravan. We recommend checking in advance if there is an event taking place, even a football match. However, the place is ideal as a starting point for sightseeing and excursions around the city.

The land is right next to the playground with the possibility of starting a fire. We were here on New Year's Eve 2024, two motorhomes. Toilets inaccessible, electricity off. I don't know what to make of it, we could have parked in a lot somewhere for free. Two parking spaces with no added value.
