The approach is too steep for caravans - we are thinking of a solution. So far we can only welcome owners of smaller caravans.

Many km of trails for cross-country skiing - Cross-country skiing directly from the campsite, groomed trail starts approx. 5km from the house with a ski lift and cable car in Marianske Lazne.

Natural swimming pool in the village, access to the water by steps, grassy beach. Aquapark swimming pool in Mariánské Lázně, peat lakes in the surroundings.

Marked trails with almost no people directly from the house.

In the mushroom season, watching and listening to the bugling of deer in rut (ca September/October).

Nice flat land. The biggest value for me is the absolute silence.
Very nice and quiet place for a motorhome in beautiful countryside. There are beautiful forest trails, mineral springs and great opportunities for walks and longer hiking, for example to Smraďoch. An ideal place for relaxation and psychohygiene away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The owners are very nice, friendly and make you feel really welcome. We definitely recommend it and we would love to come back here again.
Absolutely perfect environment for absolute tranquility. Very nice owners, huge and fenced plot with a beautiful log cabin. Surroundings only nature and nature. Who wants to relax in peace, definitely try.
Beautiful quiet place at the end of a small village. Paradise for dogs fenced land will definitely be welcomed by dog owners. In the evening complete peace what peace quiet 😀 . Around the meadows and woods,but only two mushrooms we found 🤣 so here we will definitely return. I can only recommend.
