The driveway is fine it is a gravel paved road. However, the meadow is still just a meadow:) so in prolonged bad weather it is necessary to be cautious not to fall in, especially in the part near the brook, the meadow is more waterlogged.

The adjacent part of the forest is also part of the property, so any dry twigs, branches, or brush you find there are welcome to be collected—we’d be happy to have them taken care of.

A quiet and peaceful place
A nice and generally quiet place to spend the night.
A very nice lot with a fire pit. We were the only ones there and really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The bathroom had a lot of cobwebs and smelled bad. Other than that, everything was great😊
Wonderful peace and quiet, quick arrangements, and a paradise for families
We absolutely love this meadow near Lišov, not far from Třeboň. We were thrilled and ended up extending our stay because it was an unbeatable experience for relaxation.
What we appreciate most is how incredibly quick the process was. We booked it right on the spot on the day we arrived, and it was approved within five minutes—so no long waits. We didn’t see the owner in person, but everything went off without a hitch.
We don’t like crowded campsites full of noise and people, so this private meadow was a perfect fit for us. Plus, we had divine peace and quiet there and were completely alone.
The facilities are great: there was a dry toilet and a fire pit ready to go, complete with firewood. It’s absolutely perfect for a family with a child—there are two small ponds nearby for walks, and right next door is a fallow deer enclosure, which our little one really appreciated. Třeboň is just a stone’s throw away by car—about 10 minutes.
For us, it was hands-down the best place to stay we could have found. We have absolutely no complaints—it gets full marks, and we definitely recommend it to others!
