Driveway through the property from the gate to the parking area. Apricots are pruned, so you do not have to worry about the height of the passage. The driveway is quite firm and passable even after rain.

Well-kept fenced plot of about 5000m2 with old mature trees (walnuts, apricots, myrobalans, plums, apple trees) and a newly planted modest orchard (apricots, plums). Close enough to the centre and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city and people :-) Quiet location for camping and camping.

toilet - Dry toilet/toilet - please keep tidy and use only eco toilet paper. Under no circumstances throw wet wipes and similar non-degradable items in the hole, thank you.

drinking water - Drinking water is available on the pergola. Please be sparing with it and always make sure the tap is turned off well. Thank you

electricity - Connection with a 10A circuit breaker, distance from parking spaces approx. 25-50m. If necessary, there is no problem to borrow an extension cable.

Greywater (shower, washing) - You can dump grey water anywhere on the property - better out of the driveway

Chemical toilet - Chemical toilets cannot be poured on the property or into the vat. If you need it, it can be poured at my house into the septic tank on K Street. Klostermann (approx. 150m from the property) - toilet only with ecological tablets, thank you.

Approach on level, partly on a dirt hard road, passable even in rain although the grass could be slippery for heavy motorhomes.

Restriction of the access road

The entrance gate is 4.5m wide, but you have to break 90° from the dirt road. It's not a problem, just a warning :-) motorhomes over 8m in length may have a problem.

If you arrive with your dog, please check where he does his business and clean up after him (for our sake and other campers).
Fires are only allowed in a steel fire pit or in your own grill. Please always be careful, Bzenecko is a dry area.
Please behave normally :-) You don't have to be like mice, but don't make any noise either. Behind you is a garden hut where neighbours sometimes stay in the season. Let's be considerate.
Arrival and departure times are by arrangement, not strictly given. So I prefer everyone's individual requirements and we always agree :-)
I will happily dispose of your bagged rubbish in my bin, so you can leave it in the pergola if you don't take it with you.

Nice place, good facilities for campers, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the fact that we were on the property alone- we had a pergola and a fireplace just for ourselves. Plenty of wood, candles, a magic hole in the ground, the owner thinks of everything. Our kids and we also enjoyed the trains that run a short distance behind the property.

Super place and care of the host. Plenty of room on the property for more campers. Only the shower is for the more adventurous.

A large garden on the outskirts of the town, which the owner is beautifying. Although we were here together with other campers, we felt as if we were alone due to the great distance. Someone could possibly be disturbed by the nearby railway line, but none of us were awoken by any train. On the contrary, they added to our atmosphere as we sat in the evening. And I recommend to everyone an evening hike to the chapel, where there is a stand with excellent wine and a wonderful view of the sunsets. Thank you for a wonderful stay during our holiday.

A perfect starting point for all possible excursions in the area. Very well connected by train and bus. A week in this place was not even enough to explore and discover. Great owner with the house right next door.

On the property we were welcomed by a helpful owner who explained everything to us, showed us around, there is a well-equipped pergola with all the little things you need for a pleasant stay, you can see that the owner cares about the details. The land is very nice, I personally liked it probably the most of all I visited. My only criticism would be the shower, it could at least be solar powered with some reeds as a screen. Thank you for a pleasant stay, we will definitely be back :)
